STUDIO RAINE

Scope of Work — Website Build

Client: Dayna (Glow By Dayna / J21 Skin Care)
Provider: Studio Raine
Total Fee: $2,000 USD

What This Is

This document describes the website being built for you. The idea behind it is simple: a visitor names what's bothering their skin, the site shows them the right service for it, and booking follows naturally from there. The deeper purpose is more booked clients, not simply a better-looking page. The site is built to read as a high-ticket, founder-led studio, because that's what it is.

What Your $2,000 Gets You

Here is everything included, based on your service menu as it stands today:

"Delivered" simply means the pages above exist and everything listed works as described. A preference for a different color, photo, or turn of phrase isn't a sign something wasn't delivered, it's a revision, and you have five of those.

Everything above is the whole scope. If something isn't named on this list, it simply isn't part of this $2,000, not as a technicality, but because that's what makes the number trustworthy for both of us from day one.

What We Need From You

Some of this naturally sits with us, some with you.

Ours: building everything above, correctly, so it works.

Yours: Stripe access and domain access, so checkout and launch can happen. If either takes you a little longer to gather, the timeline simply moves with it. No one's keeping score.

Also yours, simply because it's your expertise and not ours: the FAQ you provide (the assistant is only as good as what it's given) and the accuracy of your menu and pricing. We're building around what you give us, and skincare isn't our field, so we trust you to get that part right.

One more thing worth naming clearly: how many new clients actually come through the door also depends on your pricing, how quickly you follow up with leads, and how you share the site once it's live, not the website alone. Everything in this document is ours to deliver. What we won't do is promise a specific number of clients or a date by which they'll arrive, since no website, on its own, controls that.

All of this, together, is what this plan depends on. If any part of it turns out different than expected, say the menu changes once we're underway, or Stripe access takes a few extra days, the timeline simply shifts to match. That's not a setback on either side, it's just the plan adjusting to reality, the way any real plan does.

What's Not Included

A few things live outside this $2,000, simply because they're their own separate projects:

Revisions, In Plain Terms

You have five rounds. Here's exactly what that means.

A round is one exchange: you send a single list of everything you'd like changed, we make those changes, and it comes back to you. That's one round, whether the list has one item on it or twenty.

A revision is a change to something already built: a different photo, different wording, a different color, something moved on the page. That's what counts toward your five.

Something entirely new, a page or feature that wasn't already part of this plan, isn't a revision, it's new work. When that comes up, here's exactly what happens: you tell us what you'd like, we tell you what it costs and how it shifts the timeline, and nothing begins until you say yes. That way nothing new ever lands on your invoice as a surprise.

There's no rush to use all five right away. A round is simply there whenever you're ready for one.

Payment

$2,000, paid upfront, before the work begins.

Timeline

The first version is typically ready within about 7 business days, and each round after that takes about 2. These are natural estimates, not deadlines, because illness or a busy week happens to everyone, and that's not a breach of anything.

One thing is firm rather than estimated: if 14 days pass with no word from Studio Raine and you haven't yet seen a first version, you're simply entitled to a full refund. That's the one stretch where you've paid and have nothing yet to point to, so it carries a real guarantee.

Once that first version arrives, things work a little differently, because by then there's something real to show for it. From that point on, if either of us goes quiet for more than 14 days, the project is simply paused, not abandoned, and either of us can pick it back up whenever, with no penalty for the pause. The five-day review window and the five rounds of revisions remain firm throughout.

How This Becomes Official

Signing below is what makes this official. Once the finished site is delivered, you have five business days to mention anything that doesn't match what's written here. After that window passes quietly, the work is considered approved and complete.
